Peayce of Mind Wellness Series
My colleagues and I successfully secured an internal organizational grant, aimed at utilizing the funds to promote a brand new programmatic mental health initiative for school and clinical mental health counselor trainees. This initiative is called Peace of Mind and fosters wellness practices, psychoeducation, and promotes community building aimed at mitigating burnout.

RSG Grant
I secured an internal organizational research grant, which provides the necessary funding for a regional research study assessing the mental health needs of youth across middle Tennessee.

Rural Appalchian Mental Health Partnership (RAMP)
For 2.5 years, I served as program coordinator to this 4.2million dollar federal grant where I fostered and supported relationships with partner school districts in East Tennessee. I also developed comprehensive online training environment, Designed Qualtrics-based assessment frameworks to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and evaluate training effectiveness, Facilitated specialized supervisor training for site-based clinicians and delivered monthly professional development on research-based, tailored interventions for rural populations.
